㈔한국사진작가협회(이사장 유수찬) ‘제43회 대한민국사진대전’ 영월문화예술회관에서 성대히 개최 ㈔韩国摄影作家协会（理事长 刘秀灿）主办的“第43届大韩民国摄影大展”颁奖典礼于上月31日在江原道宁越文化艺术会馆隆重举行。

㈔한국사진작가협회(이사장 유수찬)가 주최·주관한 ‘제43회 대한민국 사진대전’ 시상식이 지난달 31일 강원 영월문화예술회관에서 성대하게 열렸다.

행사는 유수찬 이사장의 개회사를 시작으로 전대복 영월부군수와 김상태 영월군의원의 축사, 한국사진문화상 및 사진대전 수상작 시상 순으로 진행됐다

대한민국 사진대전은 1964년 정부 주관 ‘대한민국 사진전람회(국전)’로 출발해 1982년 민간으로 이관된 이후 매년 열리는 전국단위 공모전으로 자리매김했다. 현재까지 160여 명의 초대작가와 130여 명의 추천작가를 배출하며 국내 사진 공모전 중 최고의 권위를 자랑하고 있다.

특히 올해 행사는 개관 20주년을 맞은 대한민국 최초의 공립 사진 전문박물관인 동강사진박물관과 연계해 진행되며, 영월이 대한민국 사진문화의 중심지로 떠오르는 계기를 만들었다는 평가다.

한편

이번 사진대전 대상은 이향룡 작가의 ‘그들만의 버스킹’이 차지했으며, 이외에도 총 370점의 수상작이 지난 5월13일부터 동강사진박물관 제1~3전시실 및 야외 전시장에서 전시되고 있다.

活动以刘秀灿理事长的开幕致辞拉开序幕，随后是宁越郡副郡守全大福和宁越郡议员金尚泰的致贺词，并依次进行了韩国摄影文化奖及摄影大展获奖作品的颁奖仪式。大韩民国摄影大展始于1964年由政府主办的“大韩民国摄影展览会（国展）”，自1982年转为民间举办后，已成为每年举行的全国性公开征集大赛。迄今为止，已诞生了160余位邀请作家和130余位推荐作家，是韩国最具权威的摄影比赛。特别是今年的活动与韩国首个公立摄影专业博物馆——东江摄影博物馆合作举办，正值该馆开馆20周年，被评价为促使宁越成为韩国摄影文化中心的契机 此外，本次摄影大展的大奖由李香龙的作品《他们自己的街头艺演》获得。另有共计370件获奖作品自5月13日起在东江摄影博物馆的第一至第三展厅及户外展区展出。

The 43rd Korea National Photo Contest, hosted and organized by the (Incorporated) Korea Photographers Association (Chairman Yoo Soo-chan), held its grand award ceremony on the 31st of last month at the Yeongwol Culture and Arts Center in Gangwon Province.The event began with an opening address by Chairman Yoo Soo-chan, followed by congratulatory speeches from Jeon Dae-bok, Vice Governor of Yeongwol County, and Kim Sang-tae, a member of the Yeongwol County Council. The ceremony proceeded with the presentation of the Korea Photography Culture Award and the awards for the winning entries of the photo contest. The Korea Photo Contest began in 1964 as the government-hosted "Korea Photo Exhibition (Gukjeon)" and has grown into a nationwide competition held annually since its transition to the private sector in 1982. To date, it has produced over 160 invited artists and more than 130 recommended artists, earning a reputation as the most prestigious photography contest in Korea.

This year's event is held in collaboration with the DongGang Museum of Photography, Korea's first public museum dedicated to photography, marking its 20th anniversary. It is regarded as a milestone that has helped establish Yeongwol as a central hub of Korean photographic culture. Meanwhile, the grand prize of this photo exhibition was awarded to Lee Hyang-ryong for his work “Their Own Busking.” In addition, a total of 370 award-winning pieces have been on display since May 13 at Exhibition Halls 1 to 3 and the outdoor exhibition space of the Donggang Photo Museum.
